Professional Cable Braiding

Wire braid is often used to protect cables against interference from electromagnetic fields. Braiding machines are used for processing of round and flat wire made of bare or coated copper, aluminium or steel, as well as yarns and plastic fibres. Machinery Forum has developed braiding machines which, in combination with the rewinding machines, enable the complete production process, from the wire drawing through to rewinding, braiding and taping. For process integration, a foil feeder or central taping device for taping the braided cable can be integrated.
